A Formal Affair A menu fit for a truly special occasion, this served dinner suits both large and small wedding receptions. The couple that selected this menu carefully chose each part of the menu to set the stage for an elegant, unforgettable event. Hors d’oeurves passed on gleaming silver trays during the cocktail hour were followed by an elegant, served meal of beef tenderloin and crab cakes. Even the wedding cake was a notch above the ordinary, served to guests on plates decorated with mixed berries and delicate chantilly cream. Very chic!
